How do I remove/prevent a blog from appearing in internet search results?

I want to start a blog, but I don’t want people to find it through internet searches. I know many blog hosting sites allow you to remove your blog from their site listings, but how do I remove or prevent it from appearing in internet searches? Any blog hosts you’d recommend?

Also, I don’t plan on using my real name or contact info…so people will not be able to find me by searching for those details.

How can I decrypt a password form mysql database of my wordpress blog?

When I go to my phpmyadmin(mysql manager) I see a table called wp_users in which passwords of all users are stored but they are encrypted(Example: 3khj4k2lk32lkdddlkfk4kl43ljkfkdl but thats npt the real password). So dus anyone know how to decrypt it?
