Was there a reason for having the “one inch” rule or “no common wall” ordinance when it comes to building homes in San Francisco?
Are there any “lesser known” areas where you can live that has a decent view of the bay, easy access to the water, isn’t completely tourist ridden, for less than a million dollars?
If you live in Marin county, is there like a monthly pass to get across the GG Bridge, or do you pay 5 dollars a day everyday?
Are creative Mortgage products going to create buying oportunites as interest rates rise and peoples ARMS come to the end of their fixed rate term?
