I don’t understand your question.
That’s called Realism. Writing stories so that they don’t sound like stories but real people telling real things. Kind of like a literary Blair Witch.
James Patterson is a very talented writer. So no, honey. They are not real. This reminds me of the time when people thought the movie Blair Witch Project was real.
I doubt it, but its possible ( I have a big imagination)
